Your Network. Your Commission.

2.1 Appointment. The Company appoints you as a non-exclusive independent promoter of its services.

2.2 Ethical promotion. You agree to promote the Company's challenge accounts ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM), advertising standards, and financial regulations.

2.3 Approved materials only. You may use approved marketing materials provided by the Company and must not make false or misleading claims about the Company's services, success rates, or guarantees.

2.4 No upfront payments. The Company does not make upfront or advance payments to Affiliates. All Commissions and perks are earned strictly on completed, verified Qualified Referrals.

3.1 Tier structure. Affiliates are placed into one of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum — based on the greater of active client count or cumulative sales revenue, as set out in the tier cards above.

3.2 Tier movement. Tier status is reassessed on an ongoing basis as your client count or revenue changes. Commission rates, cash bonuses, discount codes, and giveaway allowances update automatically upon moving between tiers.

3.3 No minimum to start. There is no minimum referral count or waiting period to join the Program or begin earning at the Bronze rate.

4.1 Calculation. Commissions are calculated based on the tiered structure in Section 3, applied to Referred Revenue.

4.2 Payout request. Commission payouts are made on request through your affiliate dashboard. Approved requests are processed on a weekly cycle, subject to a minimum threshold of $50 USD.

4.3 Payment method. Payments are made in Crypto USDT (ERC-20). You must provide accurate payment details; the Company is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

4.4 Recurring commissions. Recurring commissions apply only to active Qualified Referrals, for up to 12 months per referral.

4.5 Withholding. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud, rule violations, or active disputes. All payments are in USD-equivalent value and net of any transaction fees.

5.1 Non-cash perks. Based on tier achievement, you may receive non-cash perks such as free challenge accounts for giveaways, cash bonuses per revenue milestone, custom discount codes, and — at Platinum — co-branded content, as detailed in Section 3.

5.2 Prior-sales requirement. Free challenge accounts issued for giveaways are released only after you have generated at least one Qualified Referral. Perks are not issued in advance of sales activity, regardless of tier.

5.3 Giveaway compliance. Giveaways must comply with Company guidelines and applicable law, including obtaining any required permits for prize draws or lotteries.

5.4 Discount code use. Custom discount codes are for promotion to your audience only and may not be shared publicly on coupon-aggregator sites or resold.

6.1 Separate from commissions. Some Affiliates may separately be awarded a funded trading account as part of a partnership arrangement. This is distinct from, and not a substitute for, Commission earnings under these Terms.

6.2 Applying for payouts. Affiliates holding such a funded account may apply to receive payouts on it. Applications are reviewed case-by-case and require standard KYC/AML completion. Contact partnerships@rhodiumfx.com to apply.

6.3 Governing rules. Trading conduct on any such account remains subject to the Company's standard Trading Rules.

6.4 Revocable at any time. Any account, trading access, or perk provided as part of a partnership arrangement is granted at the Company's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, suspended, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to a change in partnership terms, inactivity, or breach of these Terms. Revocation of a partnership account does not entitle the Affiliate to compensation, refund, or replacement.

6.4 Revocable at any time. Any account, trading access, or credentials provided to an Affiliate as part of a partnership arrangement are granted at the Company's sole discretion. The Company may suspend, revoke, or withdraw such an account or trading access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Section 10.

7.1 You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of the Company.

7.2 You have no authority to bind the Company or incur obligations on its behalf.

7.3 The Company does not provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid leave. You are solely responsible for your own business expenses, insurance, and compliance with labor laws.

8.1 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings on commissions and perks received under these Terms, based on your tax residency.

8.2 The Company will not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your tax obligations.

8.3 You must provide tax-related documentation (e.g. a W-8BEN for non-US residents) upon request.

9.1 The Company provides a dashboard for tracking referrals and commissions. You must use only approved Affiliate Links.

9.2 Disputes regarding tracking or commission calculation must be raised within 30 days of the relevant statement.

10.1 These Terms commence upon your acceptance and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

10.2 The Company may terminate immediately for breach, including unethical promotion or fraud.

10.3 Grounds for immediate termination. Without limiting Section 10.2, the Company may terminate the partnership and this Agreement immediately, without notice, and revoke any associated accounts or access, on any of the following grounds:

(a) Abuse — abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at the Company, its staff, or its clients.

(b) Blackmail or coercion — any attempt to threaten, extort, or coerce the Company, including threats to damage its reputation or operations in order to obtain payment, perks, or other concessions.

(c) Suspicious account activity — activity indicating fraud, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, manipulated tracking, or other conduct designed to artificially inflate referrals, tier status, or Commissions.

(d) Lack of sales — sustained inactivity or failure to generate any Qualified Referrals over a reasonable period, at the Company's discretion.

10.4 Upon termination, unpaid Commissions properly earned on existing Qualified Referrals prior to termination will be paid out per Section 4, except where termination arises from abuse, blackmail, fraud, or suspicious activity under Section 10.3, in which case the Company reserves the right to withhold or offset amounts pending investigation. Future referrals cease to accrue Commission upon termination.

11.1 You agree to keep confidential any non-public Company information.

11.2 All Company trademarks, materials, and IP remain the Company's property. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use them for promotion only, in accordance with Section 2.

12.1 You represent that you have the authority to enter these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws.

12.2 You warrant that your promotions will not infringe third-party rights or violate any regulation.

12.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your actions, including tax disputes, promotional violations, or data breaches.

13.1 The Company's liability under these Terms is limited to unpaid Commissions properly due.

13.2 Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

14.1 Restricted countries. Participation in the Program may be restricted where prohibited by law or sanctions. See our Restricted Countries list.

15.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific rules posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.

15.2 Amendments. The Company may amend these Terms with notice (e.g. via email or dashboard update). If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

15.3 Notices. Notices shall be given in writing via email.
