By accessing the Program you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific rules posted on our site.1.2 Nature of services. Rhodium FX is a proprietary trading firm. Evaluation accounts use simulated or demo environments for assessing trading skill and risk management. They are not brokerage accounts and do not execute on public markets.1.3 KYC/AML. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification as required. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail, avoid, or delay KYC/AML checks.1.4 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account.1.5 One participant, one identity. Creating, sharing, renting, selling, or transferring accounts, or operating multiple identities to circumvent rules, is prohibited.1.6 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old, to participate in any Program.1.7 Rhodium FX’s Risk Management. Rhodium FX may, at its sole and absolute discretion and using its own capital solely, open, maintain, or close positions with one or more liquidity providers that mirror or hedge the simulated performance of challenge and/or funded* accounts. Clients have no ownership interest, contractual claim, or ability to direct any such positions. The client’s sole entitlement remains the contractual profit share calculated by reference to the simulated account equity.2Program Structure — Evaluation to Funded+2.1 Single-Phase Evaluation: The Fast Track Challenge consists of a single evaluation phase. Profit target 10%; no minimum trading days requirement; all risk rules apply.2.2 Manual review. Upon reaching the profit target, your performance is reviewed by our Risk Team (typically within 3 business days). Rule compliance is required for progression to Funded.2.3 Funded Stage. After successful evaluation and acceptance of a funded agreement, you will trade a funded account subject to these Terms and any funded-specific addendum.3Core Risk Rules+3.1 Max Daily Loss – 3%. On any calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC), your combined closed P/L plus unrealized P/L must not breach –3% of the greater of your start-of-day balance or equity. This applies during both the Phase 1 evaluation and the Funded stage. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC.3.2 Max Total Loss – 9%. Your balance/equity must not, at any time, fall below –9% of the initial account balance, inclusive of floating P/L. This is a fixed floor measured from your starting balance — it does not trail your peak balance. This applies during both the Phase 1 evaluation and the Funded stage.3.3 No Per-Trade Risk Cap. There is no maximum per-trade risk cap on Fast Track accounts, in either the Phase 1 evaluation or the Funded stage. The Max Daily Loss (3%) and Max Total Loss (9%) limits in 3.1 and 3.2 remain in force at all times and must not be breached regardless of position size.3.3a Spread & Volatility Responsibility. This applies uniformly across all permitted instruments, including gold, silver, and indices. These instruments may carry wider or more volatile spreads than standard forex pairs. You are responsible for calculating spread cost into your position sizing and stop loss placement when determining compliance with the Max Daily Loss and Max Total Loss limits.3.4 Maximum Simultaneous Positions – 2. You may have no more than two (2) open positions across all instruments and accounts at any time. Pending orders are permitted only if, when triggered, they will not create more than two open positions.3.5 Leverage – 1:50 (Evaluation) / 1:30 (Funded). Maximum available leverage during the evaluation is 1:50. On funded accounts, leverage is reduced to 1:30. Over-leveraged positions will be flagged and may result in trade closure or account review.3.6 Hedging Prohibited. Hedging of any kind is not allowed, including long/short on the same or highly correlated symbols, across multiple accounts, or via synthetic hedges.3.7 Expert Advisors & Automation Prohibited. The use of any EA, trade copier, bot, API automation, or signal mirroring is not allowed. Only platform-native risk controls placed manually are allowed.3.8 Stop Loss & Take Profit Required. Every trade must have a Stop Loss and a Take Profit set. These can be adjusted at any time after the trade is opened. Trades left without both may affect your evaluation results.4Prohibited Strategies & Conduct+4.1 High-Impact News Trading Ban. Opening or modifying positions within 15 minutes before until 5 minutes after a High-Impact News event is prohibited.4.2 High-Frequency / Tick Scalping. Strategies characterized by extremely short holding times, excessive order messages, or HFT behavior are prohibited.4.3 Arbitrage. Latency, gap, triangular, long-short, or cross-broker arbitrage, and exploiting data/execution discrepancies, is prohibited.4.4 Grid/Martingale/All-in behavior. Any progressive sizing strategy that materially increases risk after losses is prohibited.4.5 Opposite-account / coordinated trading. Coordinating trades between accounts to manufacture P/L or bypass limits is prohibited.4.6 Platform abuse. Any attempt to overload or manipulate pricing, connectivity, or order routing is prohibited.5News & Market Events Policy+5.1 High-Impact News includes: Central bank rate decisions, CPI/Inflation, Non-Farm Payrolls, GDP, PMI/ISM, retail sales, unemployment, and any event flagged as High/Red by widely used economic calendars.5.2 Restricted window T–15 to T+5 minutes: You may not open, add to, or modify positions. You may close positions to reduce risk. Profits realized within the window may be reduced or voided; losses will stand.5.3 Violations. Profits from restricted-window trades may be removed. Repeated violations may result in immediate account termination.6Luck-Out Safeguard+6.1 Average Winners > Average LosersiOver the trades we review, your average winning trade has to be bigger than your average losing trade. There’s no cap on how large a single win can be — a trade that hits your profit target outright is fine, as long as your other trades also show you can win more than you lose on average. Why this rule exists
If a trader came to you asking for capital to trade with a profit share, and showed you 4 trades — one $5,000 win, then losses of $20 and $50, then a $10 win — would you fund them?
Compare that to a trader with 6 trades: wins of $300, $350, $320 and losses of $150, $120, $130. The first trader made more in total ($4,940 vs $570), but the second shows a repeatable edge — wins and losses of similar size, consistently in their favour.
That’s what this rule checks for: not how much you made, but whether your edge holds up trade-to-trade rather than depending on one big swing.
6.2 Outlier HandlingiBefore checking the average win vs. average loss (6.1), we may set aside the trades in the very top slice by absolute P/L (roughly the top 5%) and see if the result still holds without them. If your pass is driven primarily by 1–2 unusually large wins, we may require a redo of the current phase. Why this rule exists
A small number of outsized wins can make an account look profitable and consistent when it isn’t. Example — a 100K account, Phase 1 target 7% ($7,000):
- +$50
- −$200
- +$20
- +$25
- −$200
- −$100
- +$60
- +$3,000
- −$500
- +$5,000
- +$20
- −$300
- −$200
- +$100
- +$175
- −$200
- +$150
- +$50
- +$100
- Break even
Total: +$7,050 — the 7% target is technically cleared. But trades 8 and 10 alone (highlighted) account for $8,000 of profit. Remove those two outliers and the remaining trades average a $75 win against a $242.85 loss — you’d need to win 4 trades for every 1 loss just to break even. That’s not a repeatable edge, so the phase would need to be redone even though the target was hit.
This doesn’t mean big wins are penalized or excluded from your final P/L — they still count toward your target. It only affects whether the pass is validated as consistent. If your trades excluding the outlier(s) still show average winners exceeding average losers, you pass cleanly, outlier included.
Important: this check applies to the phase as a whole, not just your most recent trade. If your account was already sitting in profit before one large trade closed out the target, the trades that built that prior profit still need to satisfy 6.1 on their own. An outlier-driven pass earlier in the phase doesn’t get “grandfathered in” just because a second outlier follows it — we’re checking whether your consistent trades justify the result, not whether any single trade was big enough to make you look consistent in hindsight.
6.3 Sample SizeiWe typically review all trades in the phase. If trade count is low, we may extend observation or require additional trading days. Why this rule exists
We review every trade taken during the phase, not a cherry-picked window. If the trade count is too low to judge consistency reliably, we may extend the observation period or require additional trading days before making a pass/fail decision.
A handful of trades can’t reliably show whether average winners exceed average losers — a couple of trades in either direction can flip the result. More data points give a truer picture of whether your edge is real or coincidental.
7Funded Accounts, Payouts & Scaling+7.1 Payout prerequisites. Before each payout, you must have accumulated at least 3 profit days. A profit day is counted whenever your net closed P/L reaches at least +1% of account balance by 23:59 UTC on that day. These profit days do not need to occur on consecutive days, and the profit does not need to remain in your account balance. They only need to have occurred before your payout request. All payout requests are assessed and approved by our Trading Team prior to release.7.2 Payout cadence. The first payout becomes available 14 days after funded account activation. From the second payout onward, payouts are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.7.3 Profit split & methods. Profit-share is 80–90% (upgradeable at checkout). The 90% profit split upgrade is available on all Classic Challenge tiers except the 100K Challenge, and is not available on Fast Track challenges. Payouts are subject to KYC/AML checks.7.3a No Payout Minimum or Maximum. There is no minimum or maximum payout amount per cycle. The full eligible profit-share balance is payable, subject to standard KYC/AML and processing requirements.7.4 Funded Leverage. All funded accounts operate at a maximum leverage of 1:30, regardless of the leverage available during the evaluation phase.7.5 Giveaway Accounts. Accounts awarded via giveaways operate on a monthly payout cycle for the duration of the account. All other rules remain unchanged.7.6 Affiliate Accounts. Affiliates awarded a funded account as part of a partnership may apply to receive payouts. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require standard KYC/AML completion. Contact partnerships@rhodiumfx.com to apply.7.7 Scaling. Consistent rule-compliant performance may qualify for scaling per the then-current scaling policy.7.8 One active funded account. You may hold only one active funded account at any time. Challenge/evaluation accounts are not subject to this limit. Holding multiple funded accounts — whether obtained directly or via separate identities — is considered an attempt to over-leverage firm capital and will result in termination of all accounts involved.7.9 Payout processing window. Approved payouts are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Requests submitted over the weekend or on public holidays will be queued and processed on the next available business day.8Monitoring, Reviews & Enforcement+8.1 Data & audits. We monitor order logs, timestamps, IP/device fingerprints, and trading statistics. You consent to these reviews.8.2 Consequences of violations. Any breach may result in: trade closure, profit removal, reset/redo of the evaluation, leverage restrictions, account termination, or denial of funded status.8.3 Right to withhold/offset. We may withhold or offset amounts to correct errors, remove ineligible profits, or settle fees or chargebacks.9Fees, Refunds & Resets+9.1 Evaluation fees. Fees paid for evaluations are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.9.2 Resets & extensions. If offered, resets/extensions are discretionary and governed by the posted terms in effect at the time the reset or extension is requested.10Platform, Execution & Availability+10.1 Third-party services. Platforms, data feeds, and payment processors are provided by third parties. Outages or discrepancies may occur and are outside our direct control.10.2 No liability for technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from connectivity, latency, data errors, slippage, or third-party failures. Always use protective risk controls. If you believe a fill was clearly erroneous, contact support@rhodiumfx.com for manual review.10.3 Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet or connectivity failures, acts of government, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.11–16Privacy, Disputes, Sanctions & Definitions+11. Material changes will be communicated; continued use constitutes acceptance.15. Key Definitions. Trade/Position: exposure initiated in the same direction on a symbol. High-Impact News: events causing outsized volatility, marked High/Red on major calendars. Trading day: a UTC calendar day credited at 00:00 UTC, provided at least one trade was taken that day. The client’s sole entitlement remains the contractual profit share calculated by reference to the simulated account equity.2Program Structure — Evaluation to Funded+2.1 Phase 1: Profit target 4%; no minimum trading days requirement; all risk rules apply.2.2 Phase 2: Profit target 5%; no minimum trading days requirement; all risk rules apply.2.3 Phase 3: Profit target 6%; no minimum trading days requirement; all risk rules apply.2.4 Manual review. Upon reaching the Phase 3 target, your performance is reviewed by our Risk Team (typically within 3 business days). Rule compliance is required for progression.2.5 Funded Stage. After successful evaluation and acceptance of a funded agreement, you will trade a funded account subject to these Terms and any funded-specific addendum.3Core Risk Rules+3.1 Max Daily Loss – 4%. On any calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC), your combined closed P/L plus unrealized P/L must not breach –4% of the greater of your start-of-day balance or equity. This applies across all phases and the Funded stage. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC.3.2 Max Total Loss – 7%. Your balance/equity must not, at any time, fall below –7% of the initial account balance, inclusive of floating P/L. This is a fixed floor measured from your starting balance — it does not trail your peak balance. This applies across all phases and the Funded stage.3.3 Maximum Simultaneous Positions – 2. You may have no more than two (2) open positions across all instruments and accounts at any time. Pending orders are permitted only if, when triggered, they will not create more than two open positions.3.4 Leverage – 1:50 (Evaluation) / 1:30 (Funded). Maximum available leverage during the evaluation is 1:50. On funded accounts, leverage is reduced to 1:30. Over-leveraged positions will be flagged and may result in trade closure or account review.3.5 Hedging Prohibited. Hedging of any kind is not allowed, including long/short on the same or highly correlated symbols, across multiple accounts, or via synthetic hedges.3.6 Expert Advisors & Automation Prohibited. The use of any EA, trade copier, bot, API automation, or signal mirroring is not allowed. Only platform-native risk controls placed manually are allowed.3.7 Stop Loss & Take Profit Required.
The 90% profit split upgrade is available on all challenge tiers except the 100K Challenge. Any breach may result in: trade closure, profit removal, reset/redo of a phase, leverage restrictions, account termination, or denial of funded status.8.3 Right to withhold/offset.
