Acceptance & Eligibility

1.1 Agreement. By accessing the Program you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific rules posted on our site.
1.2 Nature of services. Rhodium FX is a proprietary trading firm. Evaluation accounts use simulated or demo environments for assessing trading skill and risk management. They are not brokerage accounts and do not execute on public markets.
1.3 KYC/AML. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification as required. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail, avoid, or delay KYC/AML checks.
1.4 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account.
1.5 One participant, one identity. Creating, sharing, renting, selling, or transferring accounts, or operating multiple identities to circumvent rules, is prohibited.

Program Structure — Evaluation to Funded

2.1 Phase 1 (Initiate): Profit target 7%; minimum 3 trading days; all risk rules apply.
2.2 Phase 2 (Intern): Profit target 6%; minimum 3 trading days; all risk rules apply.
2.3 Manual review. Upon reaching the Phase 2 target, your performance is reviewed by our Risk Team (typically within 3 business days). Consistency and rule compliance are required for progression.
2.4 Funded Stage. After successful evaluation and acceptance of a funded agreement, you will trade a funded account subject to these Terms and any funded-specific addendum.

Core Risk Rules

3.1 Max Daily Loss – 5%. On any calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC), your combined closed P/L plus unrealized P/L must not breach –5% of the greater of your start-of-day balance or equity. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC.
3.2 Max Total Loss – 10%. Your balance/equity must not, at any time, fall below –10% of the initial account balance, inclusive of floating P/L.
3.3 Per-Trade Risk Cap – 2%. The maximum risk per trade must not exceed 2% of current equity. Splitting entries across multiple tickets or symbols to exceed 2% risk counts as a single trade.
3.4 Maximum Simultaneous Positions – 2. You may have no more than two (2) open positions across all instruments and accounts at any time. Pending orders are permitted only if, when triggered, they will not create more than two open positions.
3.5 Leverage – 1:50 (Evaluation) / 1:30 (Funded). Maximum available leverage during the evaluation is 1:50. On funded accounts, leverage is reduced to 1:30. Over-leveraged positions will be flagged and may result in trade closure or account review.
3.6 Hedging Prohibited. Hedging of any kind is not allowed, including long/short on the same or highly correlated symbols, across multiple accounts, or via synthetic hedges.
3.7 Expert Advisors & Automation Prohibited. The use of any EA, trade copier, bot, API automation, or signal mirroring is not allowed. Only platform-native risk controls placed manually are allowed.

Prohibited Strategies & Conduct

4.1 High-Impact News Trading Ban. Opening or modifying positions within 15 minutes before until 5 minutes after a High-Impact News event is prohibited.
4.2 High-Frequency / Tick Scalping. Strategies characterized by extremely short holding times, excessive order messages, or HFT behavior are prohibited.
4.3 Arbitrage. Latency, gap, triangular, long-short, or cross-broker arbitrage, and exploiting data/execution discrepancies, is prohibited.
4.4 Grid/Martingale/All-in behavior. Any progressive sizing strategy that materially increases risk after losses is prohibited.
4.5 Opposite-account / coordinated trading. Coordinating trades between accounts to manufacture P/L or bypass limits is prohibited.
4.6 Platform abuse. Any attempt to overload or manipulate pricing, connectivity, or order routing is prohibited.

News & Market Events Policy

5.1 High-Impact News includes: Central bank rate decisions, CPI/Inflation, Non-Farm Payrolls, GDP, PMI/ISM, retail sales, unemployment, and any event flagged as High/Red by widely used economic calendars.
5.2 Restricted window T–15 to T+5 minutes: You may not open, add to, or modify positions. You may close positions to reduce risk. Profits realized within the window may be reduced or voided; losses will stand.
5.3 Violations. Profits from restricted-window trades may be removed. Repeated violations may result in immediate account termination.

Consistency & Luck-Out Safeguard

6.1 Average Winners > Average Losers. Over your reviewed sample, your average winning trade must exceed your average losing trade.
6.2 Outlier handling. We may exclude statistical outliers (top ~5% by absolute P/L). If your pass is driven primarily by 1–2 unusually large wins, we may require a redo of the current phase.
6.3 Sample size. We typically review all trades in the phase. If trade count is low, we may extend observation or require additional trading days.

Funded Accounts, Payouts & Scaling

7.1 Trading-day requirement. On funded accounts, you must have at least 3 trading days and 3 profit days before every payout.
7.2 Payout cadence. All funded accounts start on monthly payouts. After your second successful payout, you become eligible for weekly payouts.
7.3 Profit split & methods. Profit-share is 80–90% (upgradeable at checkout). Payouts are subject to KYC/AML checks.
7.4 Funded Leverage. All funded accounts operate at a maximum leverage of 1:30, regardless of the leverage available during the evaluation phase.
7.5 Scaling. Consistent rule-compliant performance may qualify for scaling per the then-current scaling policy.

Monitoring, Reviews & Enforcement

8.1 Data & audits. We monitor order logs, timestamps, IP/device fingerprints, and trading statistics. You consent to these reviews.
8.2 Consequences of violations. Any breach may result in: trade closure, profit removal, reset/redo of a phase, leverage restrictions, account termination, or denial of funded status.
8.3 Right to withhold/offset. We may withhold or offset amounts to correct errors, remove ineligible profits, or settle fees or chargebacks.

Fees, Refunds & Resets

9.1 Evaluation fees. Fees paid for evaluations are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
9.2 Resets & extensions. If offered, resets/extensions are discretionary and governed by the posted terms at the time of purchase.

Platform, Execution & Availability

10.1 Third-party services. Platforms, data feeds, and payment processors are provided by third parties. Outages or discrepancies may occur and are outside our direct control.
10.2 No liability for technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from connectivity, latency, data errors, slippage, or third-party failures. Always use protective risk controls.

Privacy, Disputes, Sanctions & Definitions

11. Privacy. We process personal data per applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Seat: Dubai, UAE. Language: English.
13. Restricted Countries. Participation may be restricted where prohibited by law or sanctions. See our Restricted Countries list.
14. Amendments. We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Key Definitions. Trade/Position: exposure initiated in the same direction on a symbol. High-Impact News: events causing outsized volatility, marked High/Red on major calendars. Profit day: UTC calendar day with positive net P/L at 23:59 UTC.
